![]() ![]() Following completion of his training, Dr. Wong completed his ophthalmology residency and vitreoretinal fellowship at the world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. ![]() After earning his medical doctorate (M.D.) with honors from Baylor, Dr. He then attended Baylor College of Medicine where he was a recipient of the President’s Scholar Award, which is given to the top seven students entering the medical school class and earned a place in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Wong was one of nine students elected to Phi Beta Kappa as a junior. Graduating with honors from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Dr. Wong has access to the latest digital scanners, ophthalmology technology, and diagnostic tools so he can create the best treatment plan for his patients. As a member of Retina Consultants of Texas's renowned team of surgeons, Dr. He works with patients to help them manage age-related macular degeneration, as well as diabetic retinopathy - two retinal diseases that do not have a definitive cure and require ongoing treatment and evaluation.
